Eleanor Marsh is the Chief Executive Officer of Meridian Holdings, an industrial and logistics group operating across four continents. Before joining Meridian, she spent five years as Chief Operating Officer of Northbridge Capital, where she built the operating playbook still used across the firm's portfolio companies today.
Her work centers on operating discipline: the unglamorous systems of cadence, ownership, and follow-through that determine whether a strategy survives its first bad quarter. She began her career in strategy consulting, advising industrial and logistics boards on operating model design.
She currently serves on the boards of Ashford Logistics and Calder Manufacturing, and advises Meridian Ventures' operating council on portfolio company performance.

Fewer, better decisions
Most organizations don’t suffer from a lack of decisions — they suffer from too many half-made ones. I push for fewer calls, made with real information, and revisited on a schedule rather than in a panic.
Cadence beats reorganization
A weekly operating rhythm — the same meeting, the same metrics, the same follow-through — does more for an organization than any new org chart ever will.
Say the hard number out loud
Bad news doesn’t improve with age. I try to build cultures where the uncomfortable number gets said in the room, not discovered in the board deck.
